Is the question referring to just the production costs for the council meetings, or is it referring to a general subsidy of the Lincoln University TV station and program?

Perhaps you might want to put a link to articles about the issue and/or a FAQ sheet that describes the issue better. Broad and vague questions probably do not serve anything well in a poll.
