The St. Joseph Convention and Visitors Bureau hired carriage driver Wayne Duncan to bring a horse and carriage to help their CVB promote tourism in their area. The carriage was pulled by Tower, an 8-year-old Bergeron draft horse. They definitely caught the attention of pedestrians and drivers downtown Tuesday.
