Rep. Louie Gohmert, R-Texas, left, shakes hands with 97-year-old Army World War II veteran Jesse Cook as he arrives to visit the World War II Memorial in Washington, Wednesday, Oct. 2, 2013. Cook came to Washington on an honor flight from Kansas City, Mo.
