Anti-Syrian regime protesters hold a banner Friday during a demonstration in Hass town, Idlib province, northern Syria. Syrian troops on Friday attacked a convoy trying to evacuate the wounded from a central town near the border with Lebanon, killing many people, as rebel reinforcements infiltrated the besieged area to fight government forces backed by Lebanese Hezbollah fighters, activists said.
