Anthony Cavallo uses hay to insulate his trailer in preparation for a cold night, Wednesday, in Union Beach, N.J. Cavallo had to buy the trailer out of pocket and place it next to his home damaged by Superstorm Sandy because he is yet to receive storm aid.
