Uriel Landeros, accused of vandalizing a 1929 Pablo Picasso painting in Texas, was ordered jailed on bonds totaling $500,000 Wednesday, after a Houston judge said he is a flight risk. Landeros fled Texas after spray painting the Picasso, an act caught on cellphone video, and surrendered to authorities last week at the U.S.-Mexico border.
