Letha Mae Montemayor was arrested Thursday on suspicion of child pornography charges in Los Angeles. Montemayor, 52, was arrested a day after ICE officials announced they were looking for a man and woman who appeared to be molesting a 13-year-old girl in widely circulated porn photos.
