Drew Leary, a part-time employee at Jefferson City Memorial Airport, operates a tractor Friday with a Blizzard Buster scoop. He and two other airport crew members were responsible for cleaning the tarmac, crossovers and runways. They did have a couple of takeoffs and landings Friday but traffic count overall was down because of the weather.
