Rev. Charles Jackson visits with an NAACP member after Jackson’s address Saturday to the Jefferson City NAACP Branch’s annual Prayer Breakfast and Founder’s Day program. Jackson encouraged the NAACP to become more active in working to change laws and situations that result in people being treated unfairly.
