Sylvain Girard, owner of “Ecomouton,” shows his flock Thursday, used to graze the lawns in replacement of lawn mowers around a truck warehouse at Evry, south of Paris. Paris is enlisting the help of a small flock of sheep to keep the city’s grass trim to replace gas-guzzling lawnmowers.
