Tug boats maneuver around the Carnival cruise ship Triumph as it rests against a dock after becoming dislodged from its mooring at BAE Shipyard during high winds Wednesday. A worker at the dock who was thrown into the water at the same time is still missing, but authorities have called off the search for him.
