Members of the Webb and Brown families were on hand Tuesday morning for a dedication ceremony at Old City Cemetery at 1000 E. McCarty St. From left, Donald Webb, Sandra Brown-Thomas, Arthur Brown (behind Rev. Cornell Sudduth) and Glover Brown, stand and listen as Rev. Sudduth officiates over the dedication ceremony. This was created as a way to remember Nora Webb, who died a week shy of her 10th birthday in 1923.
