Residents of the Roma neighborhood stand outside their homes after an earthquake was felt Tuesday in Mexico City. A strong, long earthquake with epicenter in Guerrero state shook central southern Mexico, swaying buildings in Mexico City and sending frightened workers and residents into the streets.
