Members of the Osage Fire Protection District responded to a call from the Missouri Highway Patrol to hose out a truck recovered Friday from the shallow depths of the Osage River at Mari Osa Delta. The truck was reported stolen in Gasconade County in 2008 and was found earlier this week by a fisherman.

Thanks to the low river level prompting discovery, a stolen vehicle has been recovered from the Osage River at the Mari-Osa Delta. No body or anything else that could be considered suspicious was found inside.
