Nassau County police remove a truck from a Bellmore, N.Y., street on Wednesday after it struck a utility pole the night before. Police say that the heavily armed driver, who opened fire on and wounded a volunteer first-responder, was most likely planning a mass killing, based on the weapons and ammunition found on the driver and in the truck.
