Interstate 29, north of Hamburg, Iowa, is down to one lane southbound due to flooding from the Missouri River, Monday, June 13, 2011. The rising Missouri River has ruptured two levees in northwest Missouri, sending torrents of floodwaters over rural farmland toward the southwest Iowa town of Hamburg and the northwest Missouri resort town of Big Lake.
