Royals turn five double plays in rout of Angels
Vin Mazzaro didn't strike out a single batter and walked five, three of them leading off an inning — not exactly a recipe for success. What got him going through seven scoreless innings was the fact that his defense turned five double plays in Kansas City's 9-0 rout of the Los Angeles Angels on Sunday in the rubber game of the three-game series.
