Eight volunteers (of 10 total) are sworn in by Judge Jon Beetem, left, as Court Appointed Special Advocates for children. The CASA program features 40 hours of training to help people become advocates for the best interest of the abused or neglected child in the 19th Judical Circuit of Missouri.
