This screenshot from a police car dash video shows an officer in Roseville, Mich., as he stops a pickup truck on Thursday. The pickup had no working brakes and the driver was attempting (unsuccessfully) to stop at intersections by sticking his foot out of the vehicle onto the pavement. VIEW EMBEDDED VIDEO BELOW.
