While holding a portrait of her son, Craig Tuttle, Sherry Koetting receives a hug from Corey Johnson, a co-worker of Tuttle’s at Capitol Projects West. Tuttle recently passed away and to honor him, the family used memorial contributions to build a pavilion for the employees.
