Ruthie Caplinger supervises kids during Camp Invention at the First United Methodist Church. Caplinger is the lead instructor for the Jefferson City Public elementary schools' Explore, Enrich, Research program and was runner-up for the district’s Teacher of the Year. She also received the Railton Awards.
