Minnesota was socked with more snow, with some areas in the Twin Cities areas reporting 11 inches of snow. There were no fatalities or major injuries there, although the Minnesota State Patrol says 45 of the 401 crashes reported as of 4 p.m. involved minor injuries.

Parts of the Upper Midwest dug out from a heavy snowfall Saturday that caused more than 400 traffic accidents in Minnesota, and wintry conditions also were being blamed for a collision in northern Wisconsin that killed two people.
