Jefferson City High School art student Julia Elliott, a junior, has been working on the backdrop for this year’s Capitol Caroling. She and fellow art students are painting holly leaves and berries with a large cello as the centerpiece. The 73rd Capitol Caroling will be held tonight at 7 in the Capitol Rotunda.
