Voight is a 2002 graduate of JCHS and program director at HALO, which stands for Helping Art Liberate Orphans. Local HALO branch exemplifies Characterplus trait

Lacy Voight, program director for the HALO (Helping Art Liberate Orphans) Foundation, encouraged the Jefferson City High School senior class this week to do more than feel the emotion of compassion, but to act on it.
