Condolences

I always admired Toby. I worked for him driving a school bus when I was going to Lincoln University back in the late 60's when Ansel Sitton had the school bus service in Jeff. City. As I look back, he is at the top of my list as far as the different supervisors I have had over the years. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family. RIP Toby.
