Jonathan “Jon” J. LePage

September 18, 1965 - February 8, 2013

Jonathan "Jon" J. LePage, 47, of Jefferson City, passed away peacefully Friday, February 8, 2013, at St. Mary's Health Center surrounded by his family. He was born in Kansas City, Missouri, the son of James T. LePage and Shirley M. (Cignetti) LePage, both who survive in Jefferson City. Jon was a 1984 graduate of Helias High School. He attended Lincoln University and Columbia College where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology. Jon worked in construction and landscaping. Jon was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. He was an avid sports fan. His favorite teams were the Dallas Cowboys and the St. Louis Cardinals. Jon was also known for his billiards skills. Most of all, Jon enjoyed spending time with his two sons. Along with his parents, he is survived by two sons: Cortney J. Lamb of Lee's Summit, Missouri and Bryson J. LePage; Bryson's mother: Kerry Payne and her two children, Jared and Madison Payne, all of Holts Summit; five siblings: Thomas LePage Michele LePage, Angela LePage, and Lucy LePage, all of Jefferson City, and Jeffrey LePage (wife Deana) of Wasilla, Alaska; two nephews: Nathan and Jeremy; three nieces: Lisa Carole, Samantha, and Kaitlyn; and numerous aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by an infant daughter: Jesse Mae LePage; and a nephew: Michael J. Schafermeyer. Friends will be received from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday, February 11, 2013, at the Houser-Millard Funeral Home where a rosary will be held at 4:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Fr. Collin Franklin officiating. Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Jon LePage Children's Educational Fund.
