Kelly Gordon Wynn

Kelly Gordon Wynn, 31, of Holts Summit, passed away Saturday, October 27, 2012, at his Aunt Keri's home surrounded by his family. He was born December 5, 1980, in Hannibal, Missouri, a son of the late James Howard Wynn and Kenya Darlene (Raithel) Wynn. He was a graduate of Jefferson City High School. Kelly worked for the News Tribune, Scholastics Inc., and Big Top Child Development Center. He enjoyed music, records, drawing, writing poetry, writing lyrics to songs, and hanging out with his friends and family. Most of all, he loved his three children, Ahsante, Kelly and Quentin. Kelly is survived by his wife: Relda L. Wynn; three children: Ahsante Lynee Wynn age 10; Kelly Anita Wynn age 8; Quentin James Wynn age 4; one brother: Kenneth James Wynn (wife Christine) and two nieces: Kadence Wynn and Kayleigh Wynn, all of Jefferson City; two sisters: Kara Sue Wynn Dyer (husband Bradley) of Columbia; Kassie Milerene Wynn of Jefferson City; and many extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; paternal grandparents: James T. Wynn and Lily Collins Wynn; maternal grandmother: Grace Arlene Waggoner Raithel; and mother-in-law: Rhonda Anita Dunlap. Friends will be received from 9:00 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. Wednesday, October 31, 2012, at the Slater-Millard Family Funeral Chapel in Holts Summit. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, October 31, 2012, at St. Andrew Catholic Church in Holts Summit, with Monsignor Gregory L. Higley officiating. Interment will follow in the St. Andrew Catholic Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Wynn children.
