Norman L. Smead, 53, of Tebbetts, Missouri, passed away Friday, November 23, 2012, at St. Mary's Health Center, after sudden cardiac arrest. A full obituary will be on the funeral home website on Sunday evening, and in the News Tribune on Tuesday, November 27, 2012. Friends will be received from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the Houser-Millard Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 28, 2012, at the Houser-Millard Funeral Home.
