Wilbur Francis "Bill" Novak, 89, of Jefferson City, died Tuesday, November 13, 2012, at Jefferson City Manor. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m., Friday, November 16, 2012, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Thursday at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home with a prayer service at 4:30 p.m. A complete obituary will appear in Thursday's News Tribune. Further arrangements are pending with Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home.
