Roger Eugene Wilcoxson, 79, of Jefferson City, passed away Tuesday, April 24, 2012, at the Jefferson City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Friends will be received from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 26, 2012, at the Houser-Millard Funeral Home. Additional visitation will be held from 12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m. on Friday, April 27, 2012, at the Houser-Millard Funeral Home, where funeral services will follow at 1:00 p.m. A complete obituary will appear in the Thursday edition of the News Tribune.
