Henry Eckles

Henry Lewis Eckles, 88, of Sedalia, died Tuesday, September 6, 2011. He was born February 19, 1923, near Dresden, Missouri. Henry was a cattle breeder and farmer, worked for MFA Dairy Breeders, and was an owner of Midwest Breeders, Springfield. In retirement, he was a sales representative for Nu-Ag/Bosko of Oskaloosa, Iowa. Survivors include his wife, Fern Eckles; a son, Danny R. Eckles and his wife Elizabeth of Jefferson City. Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, October 1, 2011, at Echo Valley Lake, Hughesville. Directions to the lake can be obtained from Rea Funeral Chapel, Sedalia (www.reafuneralservice.com). Memorial contributions may be given to Epworth United Methodist Church, Sedalia in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
