Frances Rudroff, 87, of St. Charles, formerly of Freeburg, passed away Wednesday, November 2, 2011, at her daughter's home in St. Charles. She was born October 7, 1924, in Freeburg, Mo., the daughter of the late Herman and Mary Grellner Johannesmeyer. She was united in marriage in Freeburg, to Felix Rudroff, who preceded her in death in 1982. Frances was a member of the St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in St Charles. She especially enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She is survived by four children: Ronda Schomburg, husband Jerry of St. Louis, Randy Rudroff of Alaska, Monica Rudroff of St. Charles and Marcia Egilsrud, husband Robert of St. Louis; two sisters: Evelyn Haller of Freeburg and Iona Schwartz of Freeburg; three grandchildren: Michael Sharp wife Linda, David Sharp wife Kristin, and Molly Egilsrud; three great-grandchildren: Matthew Sharp, Zoe Sharp and Henry Sharp. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, November 5, 2011, at the Holy Family Catholic Church, Freeburg, with Father Phillip Neikamp officiating. Friends will be received from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Saturday, at the Holy Family Church. Interment will be held in the Holy Family Catholic Church Cemetery.
