Mary Margaret Askew, 62, of Fulton, was called home to heaven, Tuesday, May 12, 2011, peacefully in her sleep. She was born August 27, 1948 in Jefferson City, the daughter of the late Robert Jenkins and Margaret Carter. In 1967, she was united in marriage to Tommy Wolfe and together they had four children. She was united in marriage to Kenneth Askew in 1980, who preceded her in death. She was a member of The Living Bread Family Church in Fulton. She was survived by four children: George Robert Wolfe (wife Margaret, Lebanon, Ky.), Christina Evelyn Kelley (husband Ernest, Florence, Ala.), Kathy Ann Davis (husband Keith, Florence, Ala.), Brenda Lee Juarez (Fulton) and grandson Raymond Mitchell Askew (Muscle Shoals, Ala.); four sisters: Doris Burks (New Bloomfield), Glinda Thomas (Panama City, Fla.), Jo Ann Belisle ( Fulton), and Angela Pyatt (husband Rick, Fulton); one brother: Ronald Roark (Holts Summit); eight grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and numerous neices, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers: Kenneth Jenkins and Robert Jenkins. She was extremely loved and will be remembered forever. She was the best mom ever! In lieu of funeral home services, the family will be receiving friends on Sunday, May 15, 2011, at 2:00 p.m. at Donita's Catering, 5007 Buffalo Road, Jefferson City, for a celebration and memorial of Mary's life.
