Frances Laverne Riley, 76, of Jefferson City, died Thursday, January 27, 2011, at her residence. Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m., Saturday, January 29, at Capital West Christian Church, with the Rev. Ken Harland officiating. Visitation will be 10-12 noon, Saturday, at Capital West Christian Church. A complete obituary will be in Saturday's News Tribune. Further arrangements are pending with Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home.
