Mrs. Frieda P. Siebeneck, age 96 years, of Jefferson City, Mo., died Friday, December 31, 2010, at the Villa Marie Nursing Center. Frieda was born November 29, 1914, in Cole County, Mo., the daughter of Mathias and Matilda Kempker Goetz. She was married on October 27, 1937, in Jefferson City, Mo., to Floyd W. Siebeneck Sr., who preceded her in death on November 12, 1980. A lifelong resident of the central Missouri area, Frieda attended Oak Grove School and Immanuel Lutheran School in Honey Creek. A homemaker, Frieda and Floyd bought a farm in 1947 in Cole County that she always enjoyed spending time tending to the cattle and chickens. She also loved to sew, quilt, and spend time in the garden with her flowers. She was a past member of Immanuel Lutheran Church at Honey Creek and later attended Trinity Lutheran Church in Jefferson City. Survivors include: one son, Floyd W. Siebeneck Jr. and his wife Loretta of Brazito, Mo.; one daughter, Mary Siebeneck of Jefferson City, Mo.; one sister, Lorene Innes of Hammond, Ind.; two grandchildren, Floyd "Bill" Siebeneck III of Brazito, Mo. and Cynthia Schrimpf and her husband Greg of Brazito, Mo.; two great-grandchildren, Ryan Weber and his wife Ashton and Nicole Weber and her fiancÈ, Patrick Grannan; one great- great-granddaughter, Hallie Grannan; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; three brothers, Elmer Goetz, Alfred Goetz, and Cletus Goetz; and five sisters, Hilda Cottrell, Agnes Pistel, Helen Andres, Clara Miller, and Alma Goetz. Visitation will be at Freeman Mortuary from 10:00 until 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, January 5, 2011. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, January 5, 2011, in the Freeman Chapel with the Reverend Russ Bowder officiating. Interment will be at Hawthorn Memorial Gardens.
