Reverend Jacob Arnold Bickel, age 85 years, of California, Mo., passed away Wednesday, August 10, 2011, at St. Mary's Health Center. Visitation will be held at Freeman Mortuary from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m., Friday, August 12, 2011. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, August 13, 2011 in the Freeman Chapel. Graveside services and interment will be held at Hawthorn Memorial Gardens. A complete obituary is posted to the funeral home website and will be published in Friday morning's News Tribune.
