Helena Mildred Berhorst, 73, of Jefferson City, passed away Saturday, April 23, 2011, at the University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia She was born on March 3, 1938 in Taos, the daughter of the late John and Mae Schnieders Taube. She was united in marriage on June 28, 1958 in Taos, to James Paul Berhorst, who preceded her in death on May 11, 2001. Friend will be received from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday April 26, 2011, at the Taos Knights of Columbus where a prayer service will be held at 3:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 27, 2011, at St Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Taos with Fr.
