Roger J. Strope, age 72, of Jefferson City, died Thursday, November 11, 2010, at Oak Tree Villas in Jefferson City.
Survivors include: two sons, Gregory and Michael Strope; one step-daughter, Tamie Rising; one sister, Ruth Coppenbarger and her husband Kent; one sister-in-law, Mary C. Strope of Folk and five grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m., Sunday, November 14, 2010, at Morton Chapel in Linn. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 12 p.m., Monday, November 15, 2010, at St. George Catholic Church with Fr. I.C. Medina as the Celebrant.
