Mark E. Thomas, age 30, of Jefferson City, died Monday, August 9, 2010, due to injuries sustained in an accident in Millersburg.
He was employed with Hentges Tree Service for the past seven years. Survivors include his wife, Jamie Thomas of the home; five children, Vered and Alex Thomas of Montana, Tyler Vogt of Clinton, and Conner Alpers and Trevor Strange of the home; his mother, Stephanie Thomas, Versailles; maternal grandfather, Walter Slota, Phoenix, Ariz.; three brothers, Michael (Donna) Thomas, Versailles, Daniel (Jeanelle) Thomas, Stover, and Jordan (Amber) Thomas, St. Charles; two sisters, Michelle (Chris) Ousley, Russellville and Rachael Thomas, Versailles. His father, Wayne Carl Thomas, preceded him in death. Services will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, August 14, at the Calvary Baptist Church in Versailles with Rev. J.J. White and Rev. Bill Johnson officiating. Interment will be in the Versailles Cemetery, West Lawn Addition. Friends will be received from 4:00-8:00 p.m., Friday, August 13, at the Scrivner-Morrow Funeral Home in Versailles. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Mark E.
