Patricia "Patsy" Dysart, 74, of Fulton, passed away on Thursday, October 3, 2019, surrounded by loved ones, following a lengthy battle against cancer. She was born in Fulton, Missouri on July 20, 1945, the daughter of the late James H. Hoover and the late Madeline (Cuno) Hoover. Patsy was a member of Heartland Church of the Nazarene. She was the former owner of Orange Julius and Nub's Pub. She enjoyed watching NASCAR and spending time with her grandchildren and sisters. Those remaining to cherish her memory include: son, Kevin Dysart (Nikki) of New Bloomfield; daughters, Tina Lee (Brian) of New Bloomfield, and Lori Welch (Keith) of New Bloomfield; long-time companion, Don Keeney of Fulton; sisters, Janice Payne (Leonard) of Fulton, Diana Lynn Quick (Larry) of Auxvasse; grandchildren, Kinsey and Scott Finklang, Jed and Kara Lee, Paxton Welch, Presley Welch, Breycin Dysart, and Brinley Dysart; and great-grandchild, Grady Finklang. In addition to her parents, Patsy was preceded in death by her former husband and father of her children, Louis "Nub" Dysart. Friends will be received on Monday, October 7, 2019 at Maupin Funeral Home in Fulton from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Memorial donations are suggested to American Cancer Society, c/o Maupin Funeral Home, 301 Douglas Boulevard, Fulton, MO 65251.
