Bonnye Kay Dean

Bonnye Kay Mooney Dean, 72, passed away on Friday, November 30, 2018 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro, N.C. with her loving husband by her side. Bonnye was born on November 11, 1946 in Sac City, Iowa to the late Harold and Helen Mooney. She was retired at a Medical Records Tech working for several area hospitals and doctor offices. Bonnye had also worked with Walmart in Jefferson City, MO. and in Goldsboro, N.C. Bonnye had a big heart for animals, and loved all animals she came in contact with. Bonnye enjoyed time spent with family and friends at the beach and enjoying the beautiful scenery created. Bonnye is survived by her husband of 49 years, Tom Dean; daughter, Jennifer Frossard and husband Andy of Goldsboro, N.C.; grandchildren, Savannah Frossard, Sienna Frossard, and Lincoln Frossard; and her brothers, Todd Mooney of St. Louis and Larry Mooney of Sac City, Iowa. A service to celebrate her life will be held on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Seymour Funeral Home, Goldsboro, N.C. The family will greet friends following the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorials may be made in honor of Bonnie to the SPCA, P.O.
