Bruce Papin Schreck

Bruce Papin Schreck, age 45, of Jefferson City, Mo., passed away Friday, August 16, 2019, from heart failure. He was born July 9, 1974, at University Hospital in Columbia, Mo. He was a graduate of Tipton R-VI High School, and American College of Hair Design in Sedalia, Mo. Bruce was a career Cosmetologist who found more interest in the lives and well-being of his clients than the work itself. Whether it was in the aisles of antique/thrift shops, local pet stores or swap meets, his loving and kind personality, incredible sense of humor and infectious smile won him many friends who will undoubtedly mourn his passing. Bruce is survived by his parents, Greg and Dolores (Schreck) Holdren; by his sisters, Tina (Mark) Capestro, Melissa (Brad) Campbell, Bobbie (Marty) Miller, and Jamie (Todd) Napier. Also, by his partner, Richard Falk. Bruce has 11 nieces and nephews, Ricky, Eryn and Tyler Capestro, Andrew Williams, Drake and Darcy Wilfong, Airianna Williams, Preston Miller, Cierra and Olivia Williams, and Bella Napier. He was preceded in death by his father, Sonny Williams and also by his spouse, Jeramy Papin Schreck. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Tipton, Mo. Cowboy Church on Friday, August 23, from 4:00 p.m. - to 7:00 p.m. An account has been setup at Commerce Bank in Tipton in the name of "Bruce Schreck Memorial Fund" to help cover final expenses.
