Dorothy Ann (Holdt) Curty, 82, of Independence, passed away Friday, August 9, 2019, in Independence, Mo. Survivors include: husband, John Curty; daughters, Judith Case (Richard), Hazel Curty; step-grandchildren; step-great-grandchildren; brother, Ralph Holdt; sister, Judy (Holdt) Wood. Visitation will be on Thursday, August 15, 2019, from 5-7 p.m. at the First Christian Church of Independence, Mo., 125 South Pleasant St., Independence, MO 64050 with a Memorial Service beginning at 7 p.m. A second visitation will be on Saturday, August 17, 2019, from 11a.m.-1 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon with a Graveside Service to follow at 1:15 p.m. at Spring Garden Cemetery.
