Bill Hand

Bill Hand, age 94, of Mt. Vernon, passed away Friday, November 23, 2018, at the Mt. Vernon Veterans Home in Mt. Vernon. Survivors include: two sons, Richard (Mindy) Hand of Jefferson City, and Terrrance (Kelly) Hand of Rolla; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at a later date, with burial in the Laurel Oak Cemetery in Windsor. Arrangements were made under the direction of Rolla Cremation and Memorial, P.O.
