David Onley Spencer

David Onley Spencer, 72, of Osage Beach, passed away Friday, November 2, 2018, at Lake Regional Health Systems in Osage Beach. He was born June 11, 1946, the son of the late Richard Warren Spencer and Etta Marie (Winters) Spencer Shackelford. Survivors include: brother, Dale Spencer of Jefferson City; sister, Jean Burnett of Eldon and seven grandchildren. No services are planned at this time. Interment will be at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction and care of Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, Mo.
