Mr. Dale Michael Clack Sr., age 55 years, of Jefferson City, Mo., passed away Thursday, March 15, 2018 at Capital Region Medical Center surrounded by family. Dale was born on October 8, 1962 in Jefferson City, Mo., the son of Gene W. and Mary Lou (Parker) Clack. He was married on March 15, 1985 in West Palm Beach County, Fla. to Frances "Kathy" Kathleen Caron and to this union his three children were born. He was a lifelong resident of the central Missouri area. Dale was a 1981 graduate of Jefferson City High School and received many technical awards while in attendance. He was also a 1993 graduate of Lincoln University with an Associate's Degree in Nursing. Dale's two passions in life influenced his two different career paths. He loved to cook and owned Michael's Deli, then after becoming a Registered Nurse he worked for 22 years at Capital Region Medical Center. After leaving CRMC he, once again, opened his own restaurant, Taco Depot, with his mother. He was a member of Community Christian Church and enjoyed helping others by going on many mission trips through the church. Dale was a caretaker at heart and loved helping people in any way he could whether it was nursing, going on mission trips or cooking at gatherings of his family and friends. When he was younger he was involved in Boy Scouts which led to his love of nature. He became interested in photography and could be found with his camera observing nature and the outdoors. Survivors include: one son, Dale Michael Clack Jr. and his wife Emilie of Jefferson City, Mo.; two daughters, Jennifer Lynn "Jenny" Adelman and her husband Mason of Columbia, Mo., and Melissa Rose "Missy" Bernskoetter and her husband Bradley of Jefferson City, Mo.; his mother, Mary Lou Clack of Jefferson City, Mo.; one sister, Sharon Clack of Jefferson City, Mo.; three brothers, Parker Clack and his wife Susan of Kansas City, Mo., Darin Clack and his wife Heather of Jefferson City, Mo., and Jamie Clack and his wife Erin of Gladstone, Mo.; two grandchildren, Mia and Kian Clack, both of Jefferson City, Mo., and another grandchild due in September; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Gene W. Clack, and his two Schnauzers, Niles and Riley. Visitation will be at Community Christian Church from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m., Saturday, March 24, 2018.
