She was born on December 15, 1954, at Johnson City, Tennessee, a daughter of Marvin and Evelyn (Tinnin) Scott. She was a member of the Holy Family Catholic Church, Freeburg, and had been a volunteer for the Holy Family Home and School Association for many years. Paulette loved her pet dogs: Reba, Jelly Bean, and Miss Piggy, and spending time with them. Miss Piggy got her name because Tommy thought the dog looked like a little pig. Those left to mourn the passing of Paulette include: her sons, Jeremy Knoll and wife, Lesley, and Scott Knoll and wife, Brandi, all of Freeburg; her grandchildren, Meah, Xavier, Connor, and Cora; her mother, Evelyn Tinnin, of Koeltztown; her siblings, Ward Davis and wife, Sissy, of Springfield, Bea Christopher Toft and husband, Phil, of St. Louis, Rolla Scott and wife, Deb, of Springfield, and Michael Scott and wife, Kim, of Sikeston; nephews, nieces; and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tommy, on January 5, 2004; and her father, Marvin Scott.
