Patrick Charles Goolsby

Patrick Charles Goolsby, 79, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2017, at Lake Regional Health Systems in Osage Beach, Mo. He is survived by wife, Sally Goolsby; children, Rex Goolsby, Patricia Gibson, Eric Goolsby, Phillip Goolsby, Gordon Goolsby; 20 grandchildren and 19.5 great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be Tues., Sept. 12, 2017, at 10 a.m. in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints meetinghouse in Osage Beach. Dedication of the grave will follow at 2 p.m. at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Springfield. Arrangements are under the direction and care of Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, Mo.
