Cari Ann Williams, 58, of Eldon, passed away Tuesday, November 7, 2017, at Capital Region Medical Center in Jefferson City. She was born July 10, 1959, in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, a daughter of Franklin D. and Ruth E. (Watson) Williams. She was a graduate of Kickapoo High School in Springfield, Missouri. Cari was a very loving partner, daughter, sister, and aunt. She was a champion for individuals with special needs, and was Director of Wonderland Camp. She was a very talented seamstress and designer. She was an Ambassador with the Jefferson City Jaycees and active in the Cole County Fair and Christmas Parade. Cari enjoyed arts and crafts, sewing, gardening, canning, and really loved living on the farm. Roses were her favorite flower. Cari was well loved and will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Cari is survived by her life partner: Rod Davis of Eldon; her mother: Ruth E. Williams of Long Beach, Mississippi; two sisters: Renae (Anthony) Gregory of Long Beach, Mississippi, and Tina Williams of Clinton; one brother: Christopher (Marcella) Williams of Jefferson City; 10 nieces and nephews; and three great-nieces. She was preceded in death by her father: Franklin D. Williams. Friends will be received from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 18, 2017, at the Houser-Millard Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 18, 2017, at the Houser-Millard Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Berean Cemetery in Richland, Missouri. Expressions of sympathy may be made to Wonderland Camp in Rocky Mount, Missouri.
