Joyice Etta Sykes

Joyice Etta Sykes, 74, of Laurie, passed away Wednesday, February 15, 2017, in her home. Survivors include her husband, Tom of Laurie; a daughter, Holly Anderson and husband Michael of Gravois Mills; two grandsons, David Lobaugh of Gravois Mills and Michael Ryan Davis of Kansas City; a sister, Gloria Hollenbeck of Kansas City; three nieces, Tammy Buller and Chrissy Venable, both of Hutchinson, Kan. and Kathy Crawford of Kansas City. A celebration of life will be 4-8 p.m., Saturday, February 25, at American Legion Post 624, Sunrise Beach, with memories being shared at 4:30 p.m. Burial will be in Eldorado City Cemetery, El Dorado, Kan. www.kidwellgarber.com
